Refund policy

At VYRO Wellness, we want you to feel confident in your order. Because our products are ingestible wellness products, we follow strict return guidelines for safety and quality.

Returns

We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unopened
  • Unused
  • In its original packaging
  • Returned within 30 days of delivery

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened products.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the product
  • A photo of the shipping box or packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

If approved, we will replace the item or issue a refund.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, please contact the carrier first to confirm delivery details.

VYRO Wellness is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. However, if you need help reviewing the issue, contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Final Sale Items

Opened products, used products, gift cards, promotional items, and items marked final sale are not eligible for return or refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. VYRO Wellness is not responsible for returned items lost in transit.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If your return is approved, you may place a new order after your refund is processed.
