Thank you for shopping with VYRO Wellness. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays. During high-volume periods, product launches, promotions, or carrier delays, processing times may take longer.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order, shipping method, and delivery address.
If free shipping is offered, the qualifying order amount and terms will be shown at checkout or in the applicable promotion.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination address.
Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. VYRO Wellness is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, incorrect addresses, holidays, customs delays, or events outside our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after the carrier receives your package.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. VYRO Wellness is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If you notice an address error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has started processing or shipped.
Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier first to confirm delivery details and check with neighbors, household members, mailrooms, front desks, or package lockers.
VYRO Wellness is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. However, you may contact us and we will do our best to help review the issue.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damaged product
- A photo of the shipping box or packaging
- A brief description of the issue
If approved, we will replace the item or issue a refund according to our Return & Refund Policy.
International Shipping
At this time, VYRO Wellness may only ship to select locations. Available shipping destinations will be shown at checkout.
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges required by the destination country. VYRO Wellness is not responsible for delays caused by customs or import processing.
Shipping Restrictions
Some products may be subject to shipping restrictions based on location, carrier rules, or applicable laws. If we are unable to ship your order to your address, we will contact you or cancel and refund the order.
Split Shipments
Some orders may ship in multiple packages depending on product availability, fulfillment location, or carrier requirements. If your order ships separately, you may receive more than one tracking number.
